The range
Birch sap - clean, soft and faintly sweet. Tapped in early spring, when the sap runs clear.
Maple sap - a whisper of sweetness, long before it would become syrup.
Coconut palm sap - bright and gently tropical, and a little cloudy, as palm sap is.
Every flavour comes in 500 ml and 1000 ml glass bottles, still or sparkling. Serve chilled; once open, keep it cold and drink it within three days.
