SmartPart is a web-based interactive e-commerce platform that offers a Customer the choice of purchasing products online customized by themselves according to their unique requirements and specifications. The pricing and the 3D rendered model (AI driven or rules based) of the customized products is done in real-time in milliseconds.

We replace 'old school' static product images with interactive 3D models for an immersive 360 degree experience.

The current problem

Currently, the Customer has to go through a lengthly process of searching for suppliers of e.g. glass, doors, ceilings etc. They need to provide the supplier with an accurate description and measurements of what they require. This could be done over the phone or via a web form that the user completes. In some cases, Customers may not even know what product options are available. Therefore, suppliers need to guide the prospective customers which is time-consuming and does not give a guarantee of a sale.

How does it work?

1. The Customer customizes the products to his/her requirements with 'easy to use' graphical user input parameters. The pricing is calculated automatically.
2. The Customer purchases chosen products online with automatically calculated pricing and size requirements
3. The Supplier account is credited with the payment from SmartPart.
4. The Supplier receives the order instantly online and manufactures the products.
5. The products are delivered to the Customer.

• Saving time on providing accurate quotations. Suppliers don’t do quotations to customers at all. The website automatically calculates pricing.
